He is survived by his mother, Norma Herbert; stepfather, Arbury Hebert; father, Elwood Pilet II; stepmother, Margaret PIlet; sisters, Jessica Pilet and Haley Pilet; brother, Zachary Pilet; his common law wife, Michelle Triay; sons, Terrance Keys and Brady Pilet; stepdaughters, Kayla Triay Hartley and Jillian Triay.
