Mitchell D. Waggoner 59, died Tuesday, December 27, 2016. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Full Gospel Assembly of God Church located at 1117 Alexander, San Angelo, TX. Arrangements are by West Texas Cremation.
He is survived by his son, Jack Waggoner; brothers, Guy Waggoner, Nick Waggoner and Tracy Irvin; sister, Kelly Irvin.
